This week’s theme is “put on your positivity bubble”.
I created the “positivity bubble” over a year and a half ago, after going through a lot of negativity in my life. The way it works is that it has an external and internal component. Externally, you can create a shield around yourself for whenever you sense negative energy coming your way. If someone makes an insensitive comment, you can deflect it by ignoring it, standing up for yourself or making a joke to lighten the mood. Internally, when you think negative thoughts, there is a filter that flushes the thoughts outside the bubble only after they have been challenged. Once they are flushed outside, they vanish so that they cannot be transmitted to those around you or get back into the bubble. Don’t use the bubble to hide, use it to shine!
