Hello everyone,
This week’s theme is leadership.
Many people think a leader is the person in the room, who is loud, vocal, well known, and isn’t afraid to be challenged by the majority. Yes, that is one type of leader but that’s not the only kind. The leaders that often go unnoticed are the people in the room that lead by example. You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room in order to be heard. Create the definition of leadership that best suits you.
I encourage you to take on a leadership role this week, no matter how big or small.
