This week’s theme is BALANCE. Think about the different aspects of your life: family & friends, relationships, work & school, exercise & health, etc. Sometimes important aspects of our life drag us down. Why? Because we are overwhelming ourselves, overcompensating and overstretching our boundaries by overfocusing on only one or two aspects of our lives. Think about the core aspects of your life and ask yourself, “Where do I need to create more of a BaLaNcE?” Take a small step this week in order to regain some of your equilibrium because…
