Hi everyone,
This week’s theme is “use your voice”.
In the words of Maya Angelou, “A bird doesn’t sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song.”
We all have moments that we look back on and think, “I wish I would have said something”. After the moment passes, we think of a great response but it’s too late to say it.
What if we expressed how we truly felt in the moment? I encourage you to find a balance between logical and emotional reasoning. Remember, your answers do not have to be perfectly planned or the most eloquently said.
You can start on a small scale by raising your hand in class or at a meeting without the hesitancy of being wrong.
Make the choice to use your voice,
Janine
