Hi everyone,
As per request, this week’s theme is “dealing with frustration”. Sometimes we categorize emotions as “good” such as: happy and excited or “bad” such as: frustrated and sad. In truth, all emotions serve a purpose. Let’s take frustration for instance. We can let frustration negatively impact our lives or we can use it to fuel a positive purpose.
Here’s a frustrating scenario: Janine lost her keys.
She can
a) sulk in self-pity, hide, cry, displace her feelings on others, give up, etc.
Or she can
b) believe that she will find her keys, use her frustrated energy to actively look for them, laugh at yourself, enlist a friend to help, and continue trying
