We may face challenges occasionally or on a daily basis. If these challenges are deeply rooted in our existence, we often have automatic pilot responses. These responses can come in the forms of thoughts, feelings and/or actions. Why do we react the same way every time, especially if we know there’s a better way of coping?
Think about a continuous struggle you have, no matter how mild or intense. How can you break your old habits and deal with that problem differently?
