This week’s Motivational Monday theme is “gratitude” and is motivated by my yoga instructor…
Many of us say and write “thank you”, often several times in a day. I find that when I say something so often, that it can lose its meaning. However, when I do something about what or who I’m thankful for, that never loses its meaning. When giving thanks is accompanied by action, it morphs into gratitude.
The action can be as small as smiling while saying “thank you”, writing a heartfelt letter, or giving a hug.
Your mission this week is to make your “gratitude” seen, felt and heard.
