Motivational Monday: Fill the Void

Hi everyone,
This week’s Motivational Monday theme is “fill the void”. We often use negative coping skills to fill what is missing in our lives. These coping skills allow for only temporary relief and often expand the void to other aspects of our lives. Take an introspective look at yourself and determine what you need to live a better life. Today is the day to substitute positive coping skills for the negative ones.
