Hello everyone,
This week’s Motivational Monday theme is “there’s beauty in the breakdown.”
I am writing this Motivational Monday in a local Starbucks, eating an edamame hummus wrap, while sitting next to a very wise soul and a solid, solid friend. She said to me, “there is beauty in the breakdown” and then we looked at each other and agreed, Motivational Monday theme!
Lately it seems that the “bad news” is greatly outweighing the “good news”. Things seem way out of balance.
Instead of allowing people or circumstances to break us down, let’s look forward and up for the better times ahead. For things can only swing in one direction for so long. Although it may not feel like it at times, we have some of the power to swing back.
