I came across the following profound quote on Facebook…

We spend so much time focusing on what’s wrong, why we shouldn’t get along and what’s different, that there’s no room to establish deeper connections and have eye-opening conversations.
Keep your mind open to all differences and you may recognize that we all have more in common than you think.
