Hello everyone,
This week’s Motivational Monday theme is “inclusion”.
It’s time that we broaden our perspectives, take someone else’s perspective, and encourage others to view the world from different perspectives. Recognize your audience. Recognize that your words and actions impact those around you. Listen with your whole body and not just one ear. Don’t be so consumed by superficial matters and venture deeper. Life is not about checking the boxes and doing everything according to a timeline. Life is not about maintaining the illusion of perfection. Appreciate the little victories! And also, if you are in a leadership role, pay attention to those around you, have real conversations, and show others that you genuinely care.
Like the Kid President Robby Novak proclaims, “Be somebody who makes everybody feel like a somebody.”
