Well I’m in state #6: South Dakota!
Today’s ride was really beautiful on all fronts. The scenery was beautiful, weather was perfect, and it was by far my best riding day from both strength and stamina points.
We biked through the Black Hills in SD and specifically Spearfish Canyon ( couple pictures enclosed ).
Saw a sign for Custer, SD; saw another sign for Lead Deadwood High School, home of the Diggers, but my two favorite are of Wild Bill and Novak, SD: population 3!
Planning to visit Mt Rushmore on the rest day if all goes well.
