Hello everyone,
This week’s Motivational Monday theme is “wake up with a smile”. This past weekend I had the honor of seeing two fantastic shows in two wonderful cities- The Wizard of Oz (Philadelphia, PA) and Beautiful (NYC). First, I want to say that the Ozian with the tall hat was on point . Secondly, in the show Beautiful, based on Carole King’s life, the actress sings a song called “Beautiful”. Here’s the chorus…
“You’ve got to get up every morning with a smile on your face
And show the world all the love in your heart
Then people gonna treat you better
You’re gonna find, yes, you will
That you’re beautiful as you feel”
Do you find that some mornings you wake up groaning or frowning because you’re tired or you have a challenging day ahead? Next time, try approaching that day with a smile and see what happens.
